Find a piece of cloak an Uruk-hai captain is looking for.
A black studded leather baldric.
Search for a torn piece of elven cloak that some Uruk-hai are looking for, then track down the Uruk-hai captain and give it to him.
An Uruk-hai captain and the three An Uruk-hai will automatically attack moral characters but you can still complete the quest, but will need to make sure you are not busy before swimming south.
do s,climb tree,search branch
This will give you A shred of a cloak.

If you are moral you will be attacked by An Uruk-hai but you can simply wait until you are not busy before continuing, or you can kill him. Now you will need to swim so make sure you are not too encumbered.
do swim s,s,give cloth to captain
An Uruk-hai captain will thank you and give you your reward (even if you are fighting him).
If you are in combat with the Uruks then you will be unable to leave until you have defeated the Uruk-hai, however if you are in desperate trouble you can quit to be whisked back to Clearing.
