Explore the area to find an assassin, kill him to allow you to search the area to find what he has hidden. You will need to find a shovel in the area to find his treasure. In order to get the shovel you will need to find a pick in the area as well.
Once you have entered the camp if you leave you will not be able to re-enter the camp so you should bring any healing you need with you.
A pair of polished panther-like boots are an assassin object which will increase your assassination, stalking and deception skills by a 5 when worn.

You will lose some health when heading west due to the sharp rocks. This will give you A small pick.

This will give you An old shovel.

When An evil assassin is dead.
do wield shovel,dig dirt,drop shovel,get boots
You now have your reward, if you want to turn them into the proper boots.
