Slay some Uruks and complete the weapon they hold.

Find a way into the secret lair and complete the weapon one of the Uruks is carrying.
You can find Somewhat fresh bread in A dark coffin-esque room. From the below the entrance.

You can find A handful of dried fruit in the same room.

You will need at least one hand free for this part.

Now before you continue you will need both hands free in order to escape the lair and it will cost 10 endurance so you should probably bring a pack and sheath of some kind in order to escape with your loot.
In the room to the west there will be three Uruks (A strong, mature uruk, A lean, muscled uruk and A pensive uruk[/npc). They are quite tough but they do wander around, so if you wanted to fight them alone you could wait until they split up and kill them seperately. [npc]A pensive uruk is the one with A fearsome flail and he will become A determined and deadly uruk when attacked. Once you have killed all three Uruks (either seperately or together). From A tight tunnel under the earth (underneath where you came in).

Now you may need to try the next command several times. if you fail you will see Darn, so close! Well, better try again! and you will take some damage.
get strap
Once you see You pull at the strap and it miraculously comes free in your hand! you should have both A strap of firm leather and A fearsome flail in your hands.
do remove flail,wrap strap around flail
This will give you your reward and quest point.
