Offer help to ent along the path. Then find a way into the locked north building in the Orcs' lumber camp. Kill the leader there and bring his weapon to the Ent.

When A distressed guard is dead, get A key carved from ancient wood from his corpse.

When An unusually large orc is dead get An old iron axe from his corpse.

An ent, lying on its side will then give you your reward.
