Acquire an old mattock from an Orcish camp.
A finely crafted mattock.
Find the captain of the camp and slay him for his weapon.
There is a healer (A blood-covered orc in A makeshift tent) in this camp.

The tent is protected by another An ugly orc guard you will have to kill. Unfortunately he won't heal you but instead will try to saw off one of your arms, leaving A chunk of <your race> flesh.

If you kill him you can find A severed arm, A severed leg or A severed head in the room (all of which can be eaten but the head will make you sick).

Inside this camp there are several A tired orc sentry who wander around and will automatically attack any moral visitors. They will also slowly hunt you, this means you should either kill them or dodge them.

You will now be fighting An orc guard and A grim orc guard. When they are dead.
do tent,kill guard
This will put you in combat with A burly orc guard and An orc captain who protect each other. This is a very tough fight so you will likely have leave and heal at some point. When Ubul (An orc captain) is dead you will get your quest point and can take the reward from his corpse.
