Find an old forgotten helmet.
A small haradrim helmet.
Find an old abandoned well here, then descend into it and search for some long lost treasure.
In order to get out of this area there are two ways. Both of them start in Bottom of a dried up well. The easiest way is the same way you came in.

If the rope is not there (someone could raise it).
dig north wall
After a while and some EP you should see You manage to reveal a narrow tunnel! and a new exit tunnel should be revealed. Once you enter here you will not be able to escape any other way.

After some more time and EP you should see You continue digging yourself out of the hollow, finding yourself emerging from a hole in the ground on the side of a popular dirt path through the city. As you stand up, you quickly brush the dirt from your clothes and join the traffic. and you should be in A narrow alley. To get back to the room with the well from here.

Now you need to descend into the well.
climb rope
After a short period you should see You reach the bottom of the well shaft, gleefully putting your feet on solid ground. and you should be in Bottom of a dried up well.

An exhausted haradrim watches you intently (Rabban) will give you An old shovel.
do wield shovel,dig west wall
You will now start digging into the wall until you see You shovel more sand away, revealing a hole!.
do hole,nw,kill snake
When both A slimy snake slithers in the dirt are dead.
do n,kill lizard
When A monstrous lizard hisses violently is dead.
do pull skeleton,yank helmet
This will give you your reward.
