Find the pieces of Sarumans staff, lost in the crevices below Isengard. Once you have found them, present them to Treebeard.
First you will probably need a light source for this quest.

This will give you A part of a shield

This will give you The bottom of a mighty staff.

This will give you The top part of a mighty staff.

Treebeard the Ent stands on watch here will now see that you have both parts of the staff on you and take them from you, in return he will give you your reward.
