Find a way into the house to the west, kill the warrior for his weapon.
The halberd will not fit in a normal sheath, however in the same room as An aged but proud warrior, you can do the following to get a sheath for the sword.
get scabbard
do grab key,unlock west door with copper key,drop key,w,glance warrior[do]If the weapon is in (as it is unique) then the warrior will be carrying it.[do]kill warrior
Once An aged but proud warrior is dead.
get halberd from corpse
