Once you complete the next command you will be unable to leave this area until completing the quest, so make sure you are ready.

A young dwarf is hiding here will then start following you and become A frightened dwarf, his name is Caktash.

You will now be placed into combat with A very muscular but short orc and A tall orc leader (Ognjen and Ugljesha respectively). At the start of the fight they will be focussed on hitting you. If you refrain from using any targetted abilities (headbutt etc) then they will end up hitting Caktash after he headbutts them, saving you from being damaged. When they are dead Caktash will give you your reward.
