Locate an old man, perhaps one of the nurses in the town can help you to find him. Once you locate him converse with him about the weather and then prove to him you are worthy of his knowledge.

The lightning spell is a spell which will hit all monsters in the room you are in for a large amount of damage. Unfortunately it also uses a large amount of endurance and has a chance to hit the caster as well. The damage taken by the caster can be reduced by having the Resist Magic skill trained up.
