The A miserable orc slave in this area all carry A miner's pick which can be useful in many locations.
If you kill the two Orcs next to the elevator and the slavemaster you can free three A dwarf prisoner.

Now wait until you are in A large cave.

Once A dirty orc slavemaster is dead.
