Get past the rope bridge in Moria.
Find some way past the orc.
If you do not cross slowly (depending on your endurance, a random chance and your encumbrance) or bribe the orc, then you might fall into the depths of Moria. You will land in a pool (swimming) and will have to swim out in order to survive.
There are two ways past the orc, killing him or bribing him.
If you are moral or a dwarf, you will have to kill him, otherwise you can bribe him. If you can bribe him then you simply have to do this to cross the bridge safely.

If you kill the orc or he is not there, then you will have to do the following, which will cost some endurance.
