Find the safe, then find a way of breaking into it, perhaps someone in the house may know the secret.
The A breathtaking painting of the full moon can be sold for some extra gold.
The only way to get this quest point is to randomly obtain the A glorious necklace of pure mithril, any of the other rewards will not award this point.
Both the necklace and the stone are unique, so if they are both out you will only get gold.
If you get A corpse stone, then you can complete MM2: Corpse Stone Scavenger.
