Help out the hawk trainer in the Minas Citadel.
The capability to scout regions for players.
Ask Olward about hawks, he will offer you some services after you complete a mission for him. Complete the mission and retrieve what he asks for.
Once you have completed this quest you can pay 100 gold to request the scout of any area on warscape. It will then inform you of any player characters in that area and some clues as to their identity (for instance race).

Olward will then ask you which region you would like scouted Olward says: Which region would you like my hawk to scout? Tell me just the short region name, such as 'NER'. You can view all region names in the 'warscape' command output..

The response will look like Olward whispers to you: My hawk spotted one edain in Northeast Rhovanion. It did not recognize the name..

Next you need to travel to the Dol Guldur signpost. Dol Guldur is very unfriendly towards moral characters, so it would be best to either disguise your alignment or go very slowly and kill any guards you encounter as they might raise the alarm. At the very least you should make sure you know your way out.

When Nexnir, the crebain trainer is dead take the A short black mace from his corpse and return to Olward, the hawk trainer.

Now you should return to the starting location where Olward, the hawk trainer is located.
