Help some Dunlendings to flush out some Rohirrim.
A great war bow and 100 gold.
Find the Rohirrim hiding in the burnt house, then vanquish and bring proof to the leader of the Dunlendings.
You can also get the rewards by killing Dakenak, the Dunlending master archer and you can then take the bow from his corpse and the gold from the chest as before.

First, if you are moral you are going to have to kill the A Dunlending guard stands here guarding the gates in order to get into the village, if you are evil (disguise might work here) then you can simply walk past them. I will assume here you are moral and have to kill them.

When they are both dead.
do enter,house,move pile,cellar,kill spearman
You only need to kill A Rohirrim spearman however he protects (and is protected by) A Rohirrim swordsman. When the spearman is dead.
get shards from corpse of spearman
This should give you The broken shards of a rohirric spear.

Now, once again you will have to kill the two A Dunlending warrior guarding the entrance to a house if you are moral.

Once they are dead (or you are able to walk past them).
do s,give shards to dakenak
Dakenak, the Dunlending master archer will thank you and give you your reward and quest point. The 100 gold is inside A green chest which Dakenak will open for you.
