The Orc will not communicate with any moral players however he will still allow you to complete the quest by giving him the stone.

When A snarling wolf is dead.
do se,ask orc about stone
A soggy orc stands here will ask you to help him find a stone.
do n,reach into crevice
If you see Reaching into the shadows, you feel carefully around and find... Nothing! What did you expect, a pot of gold? then you will need to keep searching, if not you should get A black spherical stone.
If you did not find the stone.
do n,reach into pool
If you see Reaching into the pool, you splash around a bit and find... Nothing! then you will need to keep looking, if you get A black spherical stone then you can return to the orc.
If you need to keep looking.
do w,dig pile
You should now have the stone and can return to the orc (The following commands should return you to the orc regardless of where you are).
do e,2s,give stone to orc
You will now get your reward.
