Slay a farmer.

Find the cruel Haradrim and talk to him to find out where the farmer is and what he wants you to do, then kill the farmer and return to the Haradrim.
Moral characters can complete this quest but will not get the scimitar reward (You will get the quest point).
You can get A soft brown onion from inside the quest. From the room with A panic-stricken farmer (Inside a log cabin).

A cruel haradrim will then ask you to kill the farmer for him (Cruel haradrim says in Haradaic: Here is my problem. That farmer is just sitting inside that cabin. He will not come out and fight for his woman, and I do not want to fight him on his own turf because I have to keep an eye on her. If you would just kill him for me, I will make it worth your while. Then I can live out my days on that little farm: out of sight and out of mind.).
