Find a lost ring for a lost Elf. Don't get lost yourself.

Enter the sewers of Grey Havens, near the waterfront. Find a lost Elf in there, then find his ring and return it to him. It's guarded.
Torches are easy to find in the sewers, but light is not needed for this quest.
You will probably get splattered with sewage, and smell very bad. To wash it off, going from the sewer exit.

If you see A happy elf then the quest is out and you should come back later.
If you see A lost elf then you are ready to continue.
