Get a piece of soapstone for the pipe maker in Belegost.

Find Harner in his pipe shop. Ask him about a job, then find the miner he tells you about. Get him what he asks for and he'll give you a piece. Take that to Harner and get your reward.

An old dwarven miner will tell you he has some but that he would like a beer in order to give you some.

That will cost 2 gold and give you A bottle of dwarven beer.

The miner will thank you and drink it. After a short period he will give you the soapstone Old dwarven miner gives you a fine chunk of soapstone. and you will get A fine chunk of soapstone.

Harner will then give you your reward.
