There are several ways to get into Cirith Ungol (and two different entrances). If you are truly evil you will be able to simply walk in through the gate, otherwise you will have to beat the watchers somehow.
First off, if you are evil then you can simply walk in through the gate.

The next easiest way (which takes some time and endurance) is to dominate the watchers. This can be made easier by having much more light in the room (10 A brand will do nicely)

Wait a while and if you see With a final mental surge, you force back the will of the Watchers. Tired but triumphant, you have dominated the guardians of Cirith Ungol. You may now pass through the gates. You should move quickly however, for the dark will that sustains the Watchers will soon reassert itself. then you have beaten the watchers and can simply enter the gate the same was as evil races do.

The final way of entering Cirith Ungol is through the rear entrance. First you will have to find Hronk the orc. He should be between this room and the entrance to Shelobs Lair. To patrol the route.

When you find him.

When he is dead.
get codpiece from corpse
This will give you A shiny metal codpiece. Now you need to head to the undergate. From outside the Tower of Cirith Ungol.

Now you need to cut through the webs. Repeat the following commands until you see You slice the few remaining cords of the west web apart (this will take some endurance each time and you will have to wait a few seconds after each cut).

Now you need to briefly head into Shelobs lair, this is dangerous but you are only going in a couple of rooms. You may find your moves blocked by messages such as You seem to get nowhere as you welcome and dwell on the delicious thought of endless sleep. or The air seems to be running out in this tunnel. Your muscles refuse to work. therefore it would be wise to run each direction seperately. If you get blocked simply retry the previous direction.

Once you get to Outside a stone door.

You should now find yourself in The Undergate of Cirith Ungol with A runty uruk-hai.
give codpiece to runty uruk
He will then whisper you the secret knock.

When the gate is opened.
