do pull plank,get plank,wield plank
This will give you A wooden plank.
do lever rock,hole,get sword from skeleton
This will give you A rusty sword (which will come in handy later).
do 2w,2nw,slide rusty sword into crack,chamber,sip from fountain
Kill the A guardian wraith. When it is dead you will find A vial of vigour on the ground.
In order to get out, do the following.
do get vial,stairs,2se,2sw,push front wall,out
