After the next command, you will be attacked and hunted. Once you are attacked you will need to kill the orc quickly, however he will periodically get help from An orc soldier (You will see You hear the sound of running feet from somewhere behind you!) who will protect him, however these do not hunt, so you can simply move one room away in order to focus on the leader (I would suggest heading towards the exit).
