After completing this quest you can give the reward to A seasoned numenorean sergeant in Near a large boulder to complete NH: Numenorean Warshield.
You do not have to kill the first three Uruk-Hai in the camp in order to pass them, however they will block anyone from leaving who has the item An injured Uruk-hai commander was carrying.
If you have killed in this camp during this reboot you will automatically be attacked by any of the Uruk-Hai in the camp, preventing you from completing this quest point.
If you simply wish to get the reward and do not care about the quest point you can simply kill everything in the camp as follows.

A strong uruk-hai protects the two A battered uruk-hai but are not tough. When they are dead.
do se,kill captain
An injured Uruk-hai commander and A strong uruk-hai bodyguard protect each other however you only need to kill the captain so you should focus on him. When the captain is dead.
do get amulet from corpse,get bota from corpse
If you wish to get the quest point complete NH: Numenorean Warshield by killing the Numenoreans. Once you have A great numenorean warshield (which has to be mostly unused) return to the Numenorean campsite and do the following.
do trail,tent,se,give shield to captain
An injured Uruk-hai commander will thank you and give you the item he is holding as a reward.
