In An untended subterranean garden you can get A small mushroom. From the entrance.

The mushroom will be one of three types. At the end of the description (if you have a high enough awareness or are a ranger) you will see one of the following.
If the mushroom is a healing herb you will see The mushroom has a flat light-brown cap and a thick black stem.
If the mushroom is edible for healing you will see This mushroom has a speckled reddish-pink appearance..
If the mushroom is poisonous you will see This mushroom is white with a rounded, bulbous head..
You will need a knife or some survival gear for this quest.
