Get into the Elven camp near Thranduils.
Find a way to enter the camp, either violently or peacefully.
This camp is only open during the night.

Now, depending on your alignment, there are two ways to get past A grim elf stands guard here.
If you are evil then you have to kill him.

When he is dead you can simply walk past him.
If you are moral you can prove to him that you are moral.

You will go to see the elder and if you appear to be moral he will tell you Greetings my friend. Your soul appears to have avoided the mark of Sauron, and you will be welcome to join us in our revelry.. You will now be allowed to enter the camp and given a token to wear as proof The guard smiles and gives you a brooch. You then follow him back to the clearing.. You will now have A silver brooch and be back in A raucous clearing.
